1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Hodi Homes platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years of age, resident in Kenya, and have a valid Kenyan mobile number.
3. User Roles
The Platform supports renters, landlords, and mover companies.
4. No-Commission Model
Hodi does not charge renters or landlords any commission, finder's fee, or success fee on rent.
5. Viewings & Bookings
The Platform enables Renters to request property viewings directly with Landlords.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to post false listings, impersonate others, or harass other users.
7. Platform Intermediary
Hodi is a technology platform that connects renters with landlords and mover companies.
8. Payments
Hodi does not collect or process rent payments. All payments are made directly.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
